Junk email from Billingbear?

Are we getting lost in your JUNK MAIL?

A number of people have not been receiving emails that we have sent to them, including our regular email updates. The most likely reason is that your 'junk mail filter' is sending them to your junk mail folder in your email programme.

This is very easy to sort out. We send out two or three emails every month to our customers. If you have given us your email address and are not receiving them, try the following:

1. Open your email programme and locate the junk mail folder.

2. Click on the junk mail folder and see if you can find an email from info@billingbearpark.com.

3. Click on the email and you should see a banner across the top of the email that states 'some images in this messages are not shown  Add to Safe Sender List |  Show Images.'

4. Click on 'Add to safe sender list' and you will receive our emails in future and you will be able to see the images too.

This example is based on Windows Live Mail email programme. Other programmes are similar.
