The Golf Courses

Originally the oldest golf course in Southern England, golf has been played at Billingbear Park since the late nineteenth century.  The land was then farmed during the two world wars before being completely reconstructed as a golf course by Hawtree Golf Course Constructors in 1989.  Since then a new nine hole course has been added (3rd tee pictured right), so that there are now two 9-hole golf courses on this medieval site.

To book a tee time, just telephone us on 01344 869259.
All that we ask is for beginners to play on the par three course, or to play at the very end of the day if they wish to play on the long course.
Of course, if you find that you no longer require the tee time, then please let us know as soon as possible so that we might use it for another group.
All golfers must have their own clubs and bag. Smart casual golf clothing is requested.
