Practice tips - swing warm up
Start by holding the golf club up in front of you as though you were going to hit a ball off of a high, chair seat .......

Begin by swinging the club slowly from backswing to follow-through and follow-through to back swing, gradually building up momentum. This will gently allow the body to stretch with the momentum, and it is important that you do this at a pace that is comfortable for your body.

Try to allow the body to follow the swing path so that you will be turned more than normal.
If you do this for a few minutes, you will start to get very warm. This will help you to feel your swing and body turn synchronising together.
It is important that you keep the swing going in a baseball fashion around the body, because you will need to have this feeling when you gradually lower the swings so that they end up sweeping through where a ball would be on the ground.
