Charity Day Auction News

We now have a full house for the Duchess of Kent Charity Day next Thursday, but you might like to know about the auction that will be running on the day. It will start some time after 4.30 and is open to anyone who might like to bid for one or more items.

Golfers who are taking part will be able to see their tee time by logging on to the download section of the website.

Our thanks must go to all of the kind people who work so hard to make this great day happen.

108 golfers will be playing in our charity day next week. Once they have finished playing and return to the clubhouse for their strawberry cream scones at about 4.30, we will be running an auction.

Here are the auction items that we have so far:

These golf clubs have kindly offered four balls: Bearwood Lakes G.C., Maidenhead G.C., Sherfield Oaks G.C. Richings Park G.C., Reading G.C., Sandmartins G.C., Birds Hill G.C., Donnington Grove G.C.

Billingbear Park deluxe golf day for two including breakfast, lunch, buggy for the day and a day of golf.

Cookerburra oven clean courtesy of Mike Holloway, Manchester United signed football, pressure washer, Reading football club signed shirt, 2 tickets for a Reading home match, Fixme Ltd Sports massage, Mizuno golf bag.

You are invited to place a bid if you cannot make the event, or come along and join in the fun while making money for this fantasctic local charity.
