Bluebells at Easter

For the first time that we can remember, there are bluebells out at Easter. Due to the great spring weather, everything in nature is very early, and the forecast is great for Easter too.

For those of you who have been playing golf for less than about three years, or have a high handicap, a gentleman by the name of George Cocker has created a wonderful new website called www.letsgetgolfing.com

Billingbear has been chosen to pilot the website for the B B and O Golf Union. The first 100 people to log in to the website and join using the code BBOPILOT can use the site for one month absolutely free of charge.

At the end of the month, George will email you a very short questionnaire to ask what you thought of the website. It is as simple as that.

After the pilot, George is planning to market the use of the website at around £15 per year so this is a great opportunity for our Billingbear golfers. The website is packed with interesting things that all golfers should know. There are videos of golfing etiquette hints, and loads of other stuff that you are sure to find valuable.

Remember that this is only for the first 100 people so don't delay!
